Objectives of the visit:
New Drinking Water project visit of Banepa Municipality, Mandan Deupur Municipality and Panchkhal Municipality areas.

The following Sides are visited:

1. Banepa -2 : Tukacha Nala, Dudamukh and Dalit community DW
2. Magargau Drinking Water, Mandan Deupur Municipality- 11
3. Jyamdi 9: Bhumlu Ru. Municipality
4. Dhondre Drinking water, Panchkhal- 9
5. Disable school Panchkhal-11
6. Hokse Health post, Panchkhal-8
7. Bhubaneshore Basic School, Panchkhal-12

10. Sallenigaira Drinking water

1. Banepa -2 : Tukacha Nala, Dudamukh and Dalit community : As per request 110 HH and Province and Municipality many planned but not successes this problem. So, community request to Ujyalo Nepal and 2 times visit after the community and Ujyalo Nepal mutual understand the some point for the further process.

• Find some contribution of community and wada
• Request tank with Province
• Budget request with Municipality
• Coordination with Ujyalo Nepal After budget estimation

2. Magargau DW: According to the community 50 % work have done but not exactly information there for Ujyalo Nepal suggest them as soon as possible do this work for further process,

• The New committee formation
• The Main water source registration 
• Request for Miter box in  electricity office
• Coordination with technical person for all water system.
• Total HH and taps number find out.

3. Jyamdi 9: As per community and wada chair Mr Dal Bahadur Tamang water sufficient and 2 tank already available and 10 HP pump. Now just finalized the different pipe sizes and total House hold with coordination of Technical person. 

4. Dhondre DW: As per the Hari Sharan Shrestha Dondre Drinking water committee. The committee have 20000 Ltrs tank and main line pipes but they requested to Ujyalo Nepal, for sub-line pipes, taps and need all materials for 45 HH. But team suggest them as soon as possible coordinate with wada technical person for more details of materials and cost estimation.

5. Disable school Panchkhal: In present situation all total 14 students was available and some students went their house for attempt different house function. The two madams are doing full time duty. The washing machine was not proper work so children cloths are smelled. 

6.  Hokse HP: Mr Narayan Shrestha explained about the Community Drug program. As per the Community patient all kinds of medicine available here with cost or without cost. Also he said here is 10% discount price than market price, save time and transportation patients, so all community are very happy. Rs.7000 to 10,000 per month selling.
7. Bhubaneshore School: The Continue supporting of brick factory workers family children for tuition. All total 42 children admitted and18 children are attend in tuition class. This year child admission rate is low because of rule of local Government after November did not admission any child in school. So as usual children are here like a yearly basis living here they are admitted but after November not possible so some children are went own community and some are living here for next year waiting.
8. Ramche Drinking water: This community have 2 tanks are available and main line pipes are connected only they need distribution line and taps. Water source flow is nice but people carry water for daily use. So main focus on own taps water. All total 93 HH.
9. As per request of Mayur Tamang Panchkhal -7. He is a patient of kidney failure from 12 year and live in Kathmandu for per month 2 times dialysis. In community father and mother are living but father has been expired this year. Mother mental is disturb. So, I would like to request Ujyalo Nepal for complete this house and toilet for mother. Community are telling us about wild animal attack but this situation she is living this house.
