Objectives of the Workshop:
To finalized the problem of School SMC and Principle, students and teacher relation, Dropout rate in Gov. School and their solution.
Ujyalo Nepal one day educational workshop has been completed on Panchkhal Municipality Hall at Panchkhal Kavre. The program design was interaction between principal, SMC chairperson, Warda Chairperson for quality education in own area. Ujyalo Nepal hire an education specialist of Nepal Government Dr. Bidhyanath Koirala for that program.
The program is very fruitful in community because of 13 warda chairpersons, SMC chairpersons and principal was attempt. In the program Municipality Mayor, Deputy Mayor and education sector head are available. Between the programs almost teacher and warda chairperson's question arise for quality education and how to sustainable child own school and control the dropout rate?
Regarding to the discussion: Improvement education needs today. Dr. Kairala Said as per the community self-have to find the solution and interaction between schools not only own circle sometime other district school rule and system also follow for the education. For Example. Some student's parents have extra talent we have to give them change to teach in the school. Like agriculture, Materials product by bamboo, carpenter, painting type. This kinds of skills transfer by parents to child and respect own parents work.
Education should be improved: Depending on the time and the student's choice
Class: As per the Nature of Children: Before one class 2 classes must be study like a LKG and UK
Communication: must be flexible between children and teacher
Teacher: must be study tomorrow chapter and make a plan each day.
Conclusion:
Teachers should be independent in school, Teacher and student friendly environment should be there. In school should be no political influence, Teachers should be responsible for students in school, Extra activities include the Interschool Competition. Should be Unicode and differently abled should be prioritized.
Communication between Teacher-Principal- Students and Principal- Students and Teachers should be well established. Quality is a means of measuring a person's ability and happiness. Appropriate methods should be used to motivate students. And effective responsibility is essential. It is better to have practical Nepali mother tongue rather than English medium.
The Research shows that instead of providing training, the municipality and government should increase technology-friendly teaching methods and daily homework can't increase quality education. It was learned that the teachers should show their ability in the school. The municipality has a model quality education plan, but it has not been effective due to technical problems.
